It’s that time of the year when we always want hot drinks. I tried this at a cafe while visiting my daughter at college, and I instantly wanted to replicate this twist on the traditional latte, with the added taste of vanilla and rose. If we try new things, it always feels great because isn’t that what life is about.

Apple Pudding (Halwa)
We recently went apple picking, and so I’ve been making a lot of apple juice. Something I realized is all the nutritious, fiber-filled pulp is going to waste right now and I wanted to try to make something new with it. From this came my apple halwa–it takes just ten minutes of preparation to create this elegant dessert. It’s also really filling, which makes it great for fasting since it’s filled with nuts, sugar, and of course the apple pulp.
Bread Pakora In Less Oil
Nowadays, we all are getting health conscious and feel guilt in eating deep fried food but are tempted to eat the same.
I tried to find a solution by preparing a bread pakora pan/ iron skillet using minimum oil. The taste comes close to deep fried pakora and is relatively healthy and no guilt of eating deep fried food.
It can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and is good to eat as a snack and lunch etc.

Brown (Moth) Moong Sproutted Healty Cheela
These cheelas are a great way to start eating protein for breakfast. You can prepare for this recipe the day before so that all you have to do in the morning is cook the cheelas. Serve with tea, dahi or green chutney. Compared to green mung, brown mung (moth) is easier to digest and tastes great.
Vegetable Focaccia Bread
We eat bread all the time, but usually buy from the store. But making homemade bread is really worth it – try it out! Feel free to add more vegetables to this delicious bread. .
