Baked French Croissant with Berries
Now that we’re all stuck inside, it’s starting to become a pain to figure out what to eat for each meal and plan out meals. What I love about this dish is that you can make it at night and simply bake in the morning and you have a delicious breakfast for the whole family ready to go! It reminds me of French Toast, but even more delouse.
Mock Immpossible Burger (vegan)
Nowadays, many people are turning away from meat-based products. With that, plant-based products like Impossible Burgers or Beyond Meat are getting popular because these have meat-like taste and texture and also provide lots of protein. These products are relatively expensive to eat in a restaurant, so I tried to make a similar patty in my kitchen, and it turned out very good and tasty. Even better, it’s using ingredients mostly available in your pantry! I used Textured Vegetable Protein (alternate soy chunks/vadi or nutrela broken into small granules) as the base.
Bread Pakora In Less Oil
Nowadays, we all are getting health conscious and feel guilt in eating deep fried food but are tempted to eat the same.
I tried to find a solution by preparing a bread pakora pan/ iron skillet using minimum oil. The taste comes close to deep fried pakora and is relatively healthy and no guilt of eating deep fried food.
It can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and is good to eat as a snack and lunch etc.
Vegetable Focaccia Bread
We eat bread all the time, but usually buy from the store. But making homemade bread is really worth it – try it out! Feel free to add more vegetables to this delicious bread. .
Moong Daal Bread Sandwich
This sandwich recipe is a little different from a normal sandwich; usually we add vegetables, but this one has the added protein of dal. And we know that protein gives a good start in the morning! It can be eaten hot or as you like.
