Right when you look at this curry, your mouth will start watering; it’s very appetizing, not only in taste (which is very rich), but also in appearance!
Ingredients
14 oz paneer – cut into small pieces
½ cup peas
1 onion – grated
2 medium size tomatoes – grated
2 green chilly – finely cut
1 tsp ginger – grated
2 tsp red chilly powder or to taste
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seed
2 tsp oil
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp fresh coriander leaves
Method
First, put the pan on the stove and add oil to the pan and wait until the oil is heated. Then, add cumin seeds and wait until they crackle. Then, add peas and mix for 2 minutes and keep the gas at low heat. Next, add onions and stir for 3-5 minutes. Stir often, add tomatoes, ginger, green chilly, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix, and add paneer with 2 cups water. Close the lid for about 8-10 minutes.
Serve with naan, roti or rice
For garnish, use garam masala and coriander leaves.
