minutesApple and banana give a great boost of energy. This is fantastic for a midmorning snack break. It’s always a favorite
Ingredients
1 Large apple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
1 Banana, sliced
1 Mango, cut into chunks
10 Strawberries, cut into chunks some save for garnish
⅓ tsp honey or to taste
½ Cup low-fat milk
1 Cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 Cup ice cubes
Garnish , 4 slice apple and 1/3 cup mint.
Directions
- Blend all fruits and add milk, yogurt and honey with ice cubes. Puree all in the blender.
- Garnish with apple, mint and berries!
- Enjoy!

- Add any fruits as you like.
