Apple and banana give a great boost of energy. This is fantastic for a midmorning snack break. It’s always a favorite

Ingredients

  • 1 Large apple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

  • 1 Banana, sliced

  • 1 Mango, cut into chunks

  • 10 Strawberries, cut into chunks some save for garnish

  • ⅓ tsp honey or to taste

  • ½ Cup low-fat milk

  • 1 Cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 Cup ice cubes

  • Garnish , 4 slice apple and 1/3 cup mint.

Directions

  • Blend all fruits and add milk, yogurt and honey with ice cubes. Puree all in the blender.
  • Garnish with apple, mint and berries!
  • Enjoy!

  • Add any fruits as you like.
