Apple Walnut with Cranberries Salad

minutesIn winter, we get a a lot of apple variety in the market, Try this colorful salad recipe, it is quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients
2 Large granny smith apple, chopped bite size
¼ Cup sweetened dried cranberries
¼ Cup mayonnaise or greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh , lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ Cup chopped walnut, toasted
Directions
- Take a big wide bowl and add apple, cranberries, mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and walnut.
- Mix all together, cover the lid and keep in refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve any time!!!
- If you want apple to be sweeter, put apple into microwave for about 2 minutes on high. Now, mix as per above. Sweet and sour taste of apple will be delicious
