In winter, we get a a lot of  apple variety  in the market,  Try this colorful salad recipe, it is quick and easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large granny smith apple, chopped bite size

  • ¼ Cup sweetened dried cranberries

  • ¼ Cup mayonnaise or greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh , lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ¼ Cup chopped walnut, toasted

Directions

  • Take a big wide bowl and add apple, cranberries, mayonnaise or yogurt,  lemon juice, salt, pepper and walnut.
  • Mix all together, cover the lid  and keep in refrigerator  for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Ready to serve any time!!!
  • If you want apple to be  sweeter, put apple into microwave  for about 2 minutes on high. Now, mix as per above.  Sweet and sour taste of apple will be delicious
