Bhavnagri Green Chillis

minutesBhavnagri Chilli is a little spicy, but mouthwatering recipe.
Ingredients
6 Bhavnagri green chilli – cut lengthwise
3 medium size potatoes – boiled and mashed
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp coriander powder
⅓ tsp hing
½ tsp red chilly powder – optional
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Directions
- First, take the potatoes and add amchur, turmeric, coriander and red chilly powder. Mix everything and keep aside.
- Take a chilly and removed the seeds. and stuffed it with potatoes.
- Now, add oil to the pan and put at slow heat. When the oil is heated, add hing and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, add the chillies and cover for about 1 minute.
- Mix, and keep the gas slow for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the chillies are tender.
- Serve with dal and rice or roti!
Notes
- If you like spicy then do not removed seeds.
- Add spice as your taste.
- Add mirchi in paratha or roti and bread and make a roll . and eat school, picnic, travel and more easy to eat.
