These days, it is very hot outside so you always feel like having something cold. This coffee is a perfect thing to cool down and energize yourself. Enjoy my own version of a Starbucks Frappuccino! I’m sure you’ll like it!
Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar or to taste
2 tbs instant coffee (the kind that is bubbly, such as Nescafe)
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ cup ice
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Directions
- Mix the coffee, sugar, and 1/4 cup milk at high speed in a blender for about 2 minute. Then, add the rest of the milk and ice and blend at high speed for 3 minutes, or until you see the drink become bubbly.
- Ready! Enjoy!
- For garnish, top with whipping cream and cocoa powder (if you use cocoa powder, put it through a strainer). You could also drizzle with chocolate syrup
