I usually post Indian dishes, but this time I decided to post one of my (and my childrens’) favorite recipes from the Italian cusine. Minestrone soup is very famous in Italy. It’s very thick, and is a mix of many vegetables; you can add any seasonal vegetables you’d like to! It’s absolutely delicious, and it’s definitely worth a try, especially in the cold winter months!
