minutesMoong dal poori is a very tasty and satisfying recipe that is very popular in India. It’s especially good in winter, when you feel having something hot.
Ingredients
1 cup green or yellow moong dal. wash , soaked for-5 to 6 hours
Salt to taste
2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) + 1/3 cup dusting
2 tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp hing
Oil for frying
1tbsp ginger garlic paste (optional )
Directions
- First, remove water and grind the dal with hing. Take a wide bowl.
Add flour, salt, and red chilly powder and ginger , garlic paste if you need want add..
Mix everything and make a hard dough. If required, add more flour or water.
Using your palm and oil, make equal parts from the dough and keep aside. keep aside for 20 minutes . - Put the frying pan with oil on the burner and wait until the oil is heated. Roll one piece of the dough and make sure dust flour on it.
Roll on the poori for and fry on medium heat. for both sides.
Do all same manner. - Ready! Serve with aloo curry.

- If you do not grind dal, add dal in the flour and spice and make a dough, make a poori . it is super taste.
