Moori Chana

minutesThis is a delicious warm snack with your evening tea, and it is very quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup moori
1/3 cup Chana (can be found in Indian grocery stores)
1 tsp ghee or butter
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Start at slow heat. Take a pan and put the ghee or butter in the pan.
Set the pan on the stove.
When the ghee melts, add turmeric, pepper, and salt. Mix in the moori channa.
Keep at slow heat because moori burns easily.
For around ½ minute or 1 minute, depending on how crispy you want the moori, continue stirring the moori and check often. Your moori is ready to eat.
Notes
- Add tomatoes, onions, green chili, lemon, and cilantro. make bhel puri. more taste.
- you can store in the airtight container for about a week. and use anytime.
