This is a delicious warm snack with your evening tea, and it is very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup moori

  • 1/3 cup Chana (can be found in Indian grocery stores)

  • 1 tsp ghee or butter

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Start at slow heat. Take a pan and put the ghee or butter in the pan.

  • Set the pan on the stove.
    When the ghee melts, add turmeric, pepper, and salt. Mix in the moori channa.
    Keep at slow heat because moori burns easily.

  • For around ½ minute or 1 minute, depending on how crispy you want the moori, continue stirring the moori and check often. Your moori is ready to eat.

Notes

  • Add tomatoes, onions, green chili, lemon, and cilantro. make bhel puri. more taste.
  • you can store in the airtight container for about a week. and use anytime.
