It is very tasty salad. and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shelled pecan halves

  • 3 crisp pears

  • 6 ounces young spinach, stems removed

  • 1 head lettuce

  • 1 cup radish cut into slices

  • 2 tbsp blue cheese

  • salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or to taste

  • crusty bread, to serve

Directions

  • Toast the pecan in the moderate broiler, And bring out the flavor. Cut pears into even slice,Leaving the skin and remove the seeds.
  • Main while add into the empty jar cheese, salt and pepper with lemon juice mix and keep aside.
  • Wash the salad green and dry. Add pears together with the toasted pecan,Then toss with the dressing. Add salt pepper if need.
  • serve with warm crusty bread!

Notes

  • if you want a lighter dressing, Without the cheese,Combine 1 tsp whole-grain mustard,½ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp of dried tarragon,2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp of olive oil in a jar and shake and mix.
