Spicy Potato Wedges

minutesThe spicy crust on these potato wedges them mouthwatering, Especially when served with a zesty chili dip.
Ingredients
2 baking potatoes, about 8 ounces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves- finely chopped
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven 400f. Clean the potatoes. Cut them in half and then into 8 wedges.
- Take a wide sauce pan and add potatoes with cold water, bring to a boil,.
Then lower the heat (simmer) gently for 10 minute, or until the potatoes have softened slightly.
Drain well and pat dry on pepper towels.
Mix the oil , garlic , allspice, coriander and paprika in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes and shake to coat thoroughly. Now put the pan in the oven about 20 minute, turning occasionally. - Ready! Serve hot, with chili dip

Notes
- Use red potatoes and add as like spice.
