minutesThis aloo curry is very easy to make and doesn’t use many spices. but very tasty.
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes – boiled, cut
1 green chili – finely chopped or to taste
2 tomatoes, cut into small size (optional)
1 tsp black pepper or to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder, optional
Salt to taste – black or as you like
1 tsp oil
1 tsp coriander leaves
1 cups water or if required
Directions
- Start at medium heat. Put the fry pan on the stove, with oil. add tomatoes, wait for 2 minutes or until tomatoes on tender. add potato, salt, green chili, and black pepper.
- Mix, add about 1 water and close the lid for about 3 to 5 minutes. if need more add water and simmer for a 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve and garnish with coriander leaves!
