Vrat wale aloo ki Curry (fasting recipe)

This aloo curry is very easy to make and doesn’t use many spices. but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes – boiled, cut

  • 1 green chili – finely chopped or to taste

  • 2 tomatoes, cut

  • 1 tsp black pepper or to taste

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder, optional

  • Salt to taste – black or as you like

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 cups water or if required

Directions

  • Start at medium heat. Put the fry pan on the stove, with oil. add tomatoes, wait for 2 minutes or until tomatoes on tender. add potato, salt, green chili, and black pepper.
  • Mix, add about 1 water and close the lid for about 3 to 5 minutes. if need more add water and simmer for a 2 minutes.
  • Ready to serve and garnish with coriander leaves!
