minutesIt’s very tempting recipe, try out this testy dry curry.
Ingredients
1 pound okra
2 tbsp red chilly powder or to taste
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp oil for seasoning and 2 oil for stuffing , or required
2 tbsp amchoor powder
1 tsp Fennel seed crushed
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp tava fry masala
Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the okra and dry it; now cut the okra in the center, but do not break then. Now make the masala with amchoor, red chili, coriander powder, salt, and fennel seed. Mix 2 tsp of the oil with the spice mixture you just made and put them aside.
- Take a fry pan and pour the rest of the oil in the pan. When a little smoke comes.
Add the okra to the pan and cover the lid. Mix it after about a minute.
Keep at slow heat and check often for burns. About 5 to 10 minutes later.
The okra will be tender. Before turning off the heat, mix the okra in the pan one last time, and turn off the heat. Close the lid for about 3 to 5 minutes. - Your okra is now ready to eat with chapati (or puri).
Notes
- Use any oil and as you like.
- add spices as you like.
- Use fresh bhindi makes good taste
