Dry Almond With Olive Oil and Rosemary

This is one of my favorite healthy snacks with lots of protein!
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic – minced

  • 1 tbsp rosemary leaves

  • 1 cup whole almond unsalted or mixed nuts

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • First, heat the pan with olive oil.
  • Start at medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook until the garlic is lightly browned.
  • Now add the almond and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted and fragrant, for about 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Cool and store in a sealed container and enjoy
