Dry Almond With Olive Oil and Rosemary

minutesThis is one of my favorite healthy snacks with lots of protein!
Ingredients
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic – minced
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
1 cup whole almond unsalted or mixed nuts
Salt to taste
Directions
- First, heat the pan with olive oil.
- Start at medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook until the garlic is lightly browned.
- Now add the almond and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted and fragrant, for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Cool and store in a sealed container and enjoy
