minutesApple, banana give them boost energy, blend fruit and yogurt smoothies and hand them out for a midmorning snack break. this one was always a favorite.
Ingredients
1 large apple,peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1 banana, sliced
1 mango, cut into chunks
10 strawberries, cut into chunks
⅓ tsp honey or taste as you like
½ cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Blend all fruits and add milk, yogurt and honey with ice cubes. puree all in the blender.
- Ready to serve!
Notes
- Add any fruit as your taste and mix.
