Apple, banana give them boost energy,  blend fruit and yogurt smoothies and hand them out for a midmorning snack break. this one was always a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple,peeled, cored and cut into chunks

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 mango, cut into chunks

  • 10 strawberries, cut into chunks

  • ⅓ tsp honey or taste as you like

  • ½ cup low-fat milk

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend all fruits and add milk, yogurt and honey with ice cubes. puree all in the blender.
  • Ready to serve!

Notes

  • Add any fruit as your taste and mix.
