Garlic Olive Oil

minutesThis is a super simple and yummy recipe, made with olive oil, herbs, and garlic, and it works great as dipping oil, salad dressing, on pasta, or anywhere else you see fit! I like to spread a piece of garlic and some oil on crusty bread.
Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
20 cloves garlic
Handful of rosemary (or Italian herbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Take a bowl and add all ingredients, then mix.
- Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Serve! After oil has cooled, store in an airtight container for about a week.
Notes
- You can also make this in the oven; heat to 375 degrees, then bake for 5 minutes.
