Icy Fruit Blizzard

minutesSummer time always we want some thing cold and refreshing drinks and dessert, but not too much sugar.
Ingredients
1 Pineapple, peeled and cut the chunks
1 Large piece seeded watermelon, peeled and cut the small pieces
8 oz Strawberries or others berries, whole or sliced
1 Mango, peach or nectarine, peeled and sliced
1 Banana peeled and sliced
½ Cup orange juice
Sugar to taste
mint for garnish
Directions
- First cover the fruits, non stick sheets or normal cookie sheets with a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Arrange the fruits on top and open freeze for about at least 2 hours, or until firm and icy.
- Place one type of fruit in a food processor and process until into small pieces.
- Add, a little orange juice and sugar to taste, and continue to process until it forms a granular mixture.
- Repeat with the remaining fruits, arranged in chilled bowls and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Serve glass cup, looks nice and use small cups if [possible .
- you can use frozen fruits also.
