Icy Fruit Blizzard

Summer time always we want some thing cold and refreshing drinks and dessert, but not too much sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple, peeled and cut the chunks

  • 1 Large piece seeded watermelon, peeled and cut the small pieces

  • 8 oz Strawberries or others berries, whole or sliced

  • 1 Mango, peach or nectarine, peeled and sliced

  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced

  • ½ Cup orange juice

  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  • First cover the fruits, non stick sheets or normal cookie sheets with a sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Arrange the fruits on top and open freeze for about  at least 2 hours, or until firm and icy.
  • Place one type of fruit in a food processor and process until into small pieces.
  • Add, a little orange juice and sugar to taste, and continue to process until it forms a granular mixture.
  • Repeat with the remaining fruits, arranged in chilled bowls and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve glass cup, looks nice.
