Moong Daal Salad

It is super yummy salad and healthy too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mung – soak overnight

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 green chilly or to taste finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp hing

  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

  • 2tsp oil

  • ½ cup water or need

  • For salad , tomato, onion, lime juice and cilantro.

Directions

  • After soaking the mung, strain the mung. Leave the mung in the strainer and cover the strainer. Keep in the oven or warm place,
    about overnight or over a day so that the sprouts grow.
  • Put the oil and hing in a pan.
    When it starts to sizzle, add jeera, hing, mix wait for 5 second. or until jura not crackle.
    add mung, water, spice, salt, turmeric, and coriander powder.mix add red chilly powder.
    Mix and cover the pan for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice, onion, green chili, and chaat masala.
