Ingredients
1 cup mung – soak overnight
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 green chilly or to taste finely chopped
1/2 tsp hing
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2tsp oil
½ cup water or need
For salad , tomato, onion, lime juice and cilantro.
Directions
- After soaking the mung, strain the mung. Leave the mung in the strainer and cover the strainer. Keep in the oven or warm place,
about overnight or over a day so that the sprouts grow. - Put the oil and hing in a pan.
When it starts to sizzle, add jeera, hing, mix wait for 5 second. or until jura not crackle.

Mix and cover the pan for 3 to 5 minutes. - Garnish with tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice, onion, green chili, and chaat masala.
