Papaya is a tropical fruit with a beautiful golden color. It tastes incredibly sweet but tart at the same time. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also very nutritious!

Papaya has many nutrients such as the antioxidants Vitamins A and C, which reduce your risk for heart disease and cancer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed and peeled papaya

  • 1 container (6 ounces) low fat vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup cold club soda or sparkling water

  • Papaya slices (optional)

  • 1 banana

Directions

  • Combine banana, papaya, yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Gently stir in the soda. Pour into two glasses and garnish with papaya slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add any fruit as you like.
  • If you do not like yogurt. add almond milk or soya Milik. or nothing.
