Singhara Atta Pakoras

minutesThis recipe is good for fasting and easy to make. Made with flour and vegetables and served with yogurt and tea, it’s a complete satisfying meal with protein, carbs, and fiber. Try this in your everyday meals!
Ingredients
Make 20 pakoras
2 cup singhara atta (or Kuttu flour(buckwheat)
2 medium boiled potatoes – cut into the slices
2 green chili or more as you like finally chopped
⅓ cup crushed peanuts (optional)
2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
1 cup water or more if required
Directions
- Take a wide bowl, and add flour, salt and pepper. And add 1 cup water slowly, to make it thick better. If required , add more water.
- And keep aside for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Take a wide bowl and add potatoes, peanuts ,salt, pepper, cilantro with green chili mix together.
- Start on medium heat and put on the kadhai or a fry pan. and add oil, wait until oil is hot.
- Mix, better again, and add potatoes in the flour mixture, then mix with your hand, or use spoon take flour better for about 1 tbsp and drop on the hot oil.
- Add as many but make sure not crowded.
- Wait for a minute, then turn the pakoras and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Do all pakoras in the same manner.
serve with green chetuny and dhal.

Notes
- if you do not like potatoes make spinach pakoras, just replace potatoes or any other vegetables.
- You can store too, whenever you want served, heat in the air-fir or microwave.
- Make plain atta pakoras too. Serve with dhai.
