minutesWith Shelter in Place and everyone staying at home, it is a good time to be adventurous and try different kinds of breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried preparing steel cut oats in coconut milk and topped it off with Chia seeds to provide crunchiness and Mango for added flavor. It’s a really delicious recipe and perfect for vegans also. My husband and kids liked it a lot.
Ingredients
½ cup steel cuts oats
½ cup coconut milk
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 1/2 tbsp agave nectar (or to taste)
½ cup fresh mango peeled and diced
