minutesThis is an instant recipe and uses bread to make Rabadi (Thick condensed milk, Indian style). Conventional recipe is a time-consuming process and requires too much patience. This recipe can make rabadi in few minutes and is the same in taste as conventional recipe.
Ingredients
Rabadi
Whole milk – 3 cups
White bread slices – 2 piece
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Condensed milk – ½ cup
For garnish:
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Mixed nuts – As you like
Directions
- Put a pan on medium heat and add milk, wait till it boils.
- Add breadcrumbs, sugar and condensed milk and heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Allow to cool for about 2 or 3 hours.
- Garnish with nuts with cardamom.
- Enjoy!
