This is an instant recipe and uses bread to make Rabadi (Thick condensed milk, Indian style). Conventional recipe is a time-consuming process and requires too much patience. This recipe can make rabadi in few minutes and is the same in taste as conventional recipe. 

Ingredients

  • Rabadi

  • Whole milk – 3 cups

  • White bread slices – 2 piece

  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

  • Condensed milk – ½ cup

  • For garnish:

  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

  • Mixed nuts – As you like

Directions

  • Put a pan on medium heat and add milk, wait till it boils.
  • Add breadcrumbs, sugar and condensed milk and heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Keep stirring.
  • Allow to cool for about 2 or 3 hours.
  • Garnish with nuts with cardamom.
  • Enjoy!
