Ingredients
2 cup singhara atta and 1 cup for dust
4 medium potato – boiled, mashed
2 green chilly or to taste – finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper or to taste/ red chilly
1 tbsp coriander leaves , finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for roasting or ghee
Directions
- First, take a wide bowl. Add atta, salt, green chilli, potato, coriander leaves and black pepper. Mix, and add water if required, and make a normal dough, and keep aside for about to 5 minutes.
- Take a flat pan and put on the gas at slow heat. Divide into uniform sized pieces. After that, take one piece of dough and roll with dust (similar to a tortilla) and avoid sticking. If it does stick to the rolling pin, take the parantha off with a spatula. When the pan is heated, put some oil in it.
- Put the paratha on the pan, cook it on both sides, and spread oil on both sides.
- Roast both sides until golden brown.
Ready Enjoy with all curry and dhai.
Notes
