This mirchi pakoras are very tempting and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chickpea flour (besan) or more if need

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 2 -3 cups frying oil

  • 1 tsp amchoor powder or chaat masala

  • ½ tsp ajwain seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • stuffing.

  • 4 big Green chili

  • 3 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 tsp tsp red chili powder

  • 2 tsp  amchoor powder

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

Directions

  • First, Use a wide bowl and add chickpea flour, red chili, amchoor powder, salt, Ajwain, and about ½ cup water. Mix to make a thick batter. And keep aside for about 10 minutes. 
  • Take a bowl and add potatoes, red chili, amchoor powder, ginger, garlic and salt. Mix very well and keep aside.
    Then cut the center in to the green chill and put the potatoes stuffing, do all same manners and keep aside. 
  • Take a fry pan with oil and put at medium heat. When the oil is heated, dip one chilly in the chickpea batter and then drop it in the oil.
    Keep at medium heat and fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Fry all in the same manner. Put the chilies on a paper towel.
    Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve with any chutney or wrap paratha.
  • Remove seeds if you not like spicy.
  • Add inside in bread. and make sandwich.
  • If you have time make batter 1 hour before, make pakora more tasty and less oil.
