Street Style Chaat With Moong Dal Pakora

All south asians love to eat chaat (spicy street food) and if the chaat is good, it becomes a talking point for the party. When you talk about chaat, one starts craving it and mouth starts watering at the mention of it.

This recipe is a healthier version of chaat because base batter is made from protein rich lentils. Although it is deep fried, if prepared properly, little oil is consumed.

This dessert is truly amazing! This time, I tried to make something healthier, so I came up with this lauki barfi. It sounds odd, but try this unique recipe out – somehow it works and tastes delicious! This would also be great if you are fasting.

Bread Pakora In Less Oil

Nowadays, we all are getting health conscious and feel guilt in eating deep fried food but are tempted to eat the same.

I tried to find a solution by preparing a bread pakora pan/ iron skillet using minimum oil. The taste comes close to deep fried pakora and is relatively healthy and no guilt of eating deep fried food.

It can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and is good to eat as a snack and lunch etc.

Brown (Moth) Moong Sproutted Healty Cheela

These cheelas are a great way to start eating protein for breakfast. You can prepare for this recipe the day before so that all you have to do in the morning is cook the cheelas. Serve with tea, dahi or green chutney. Compared to green mung, brown mung (moth) is easier to digest and tastes great.
