Coriander Chutney

minutesThis is a very quick recipe that can be made in something such as a blender. It is a great condiment for things like pakoras, and can also be used as a curry for parathas.
Ingredients
1 bunch coriander leaves- washed
1/2 cup mint – washed
2 medium green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp whole black paper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and grind to make a paste.
- Ready! Serve with pakoras and any paratha.
Notes
- Add ice when you grined , help color. or dhai.
- Add 1 inch radish.
- Add ½ tsp sugar if you want sweeter chutney
- Add 3 pieces of garlic rather than the mint.
