This is a very quick recipe that can be made in something such as a blender. It is a great condiment for things like pakoras, and can also be used as a curry for parathas.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch coriander leaves- washed

  • 1/2 cup mint – washed

  • 2 medium green chillies

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp cumin seed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp whole black paper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and grind to make a paste.
  • Ready! Serve with pakoras and any paratha.

Notes

  • Add ice when you grined , help color. or dhai.
  • Add 1 inch radish.
  • Add ½ tsp sugar if you want sweeter chutney
  • Add 3 pieces of garlic rather than the mint.
