Paneer (Indian Cheese)Pudding

minutesThis dish is very rich and it can be serve any time or good for fasting also.
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup paneer – cut in thin slices
2 tbsp sugar or to taste
1 tsp cornflour
2 tsp cardamom powder
1tsp kewra essence
chironge (optional)
golden raisins
For garnish , rose flakes and saffron
Directions
- Mix cornflour in about 2 tbsp of cold water and keep aside.
Put the pan on the stove (at simmer) and pour the milk in the pan.
Add the paneer and stir. When the milk is boiling, mix in the cornflower and keep the gas at simmer, because if the gas is at medium or high heat then the milk will burn easily. When thick is milk add sugar , wait for about 1 minute.- Mix , and close heat.
- Ready to eat! Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours. or as you like.
- Garnish with cardamom, dry red rose flakes, and kewra essence, saffron and chiroge.

- Add any garnish as you like.
