This sweet dish is very unique, colorful, and appealing!

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 fresh parwals – peeled

  • ½ cup khoya – roast

  • 1 cup sugar syrup + 2 tbsp for khoya

  • 2 tbsp almonds – finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp cashews – finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp pistachio – slices

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • A few pieces chandi varak and saffron

  • pinch of soda bicarbonate

Directions

  • First, take a wide pan and add 1 cup sugar with 1 /2 cup water. Next, put on the burner on medium heat.
    wait for about 2 minutes, close the lid. and keep aside. add pinch of green color in the sugar syrup.
  • Cut halfway through the middle of the parwals and add soda, boil for about 3 to 5 minute. Make sure that the parwals do not break. drain and put on suger syrup.
  • Now, add the parwals to the sugar syrup. Wait for about 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, take the khoya and add 2 tbsp sugar or to taste, cardamom powder, almond, and kaju.
  • Leave the parwals in a strainer for about 5-10 minutes. Then, refrigerate for about 30 minutes..
  • Stuff the parwals with the khoya mix.
  • Decorate the chandi varak, pistachio and saffron.
  • Now, keep the parwals in the refrigerator for about 4 to 6 hours or over night.
  • Enjoy! Serve cold.

Notes

  • Use long Parwal and fresh.
  • Need very careful do not break parwal looks good.
  • It is nor required , keep on Parwal to overnight, only thing taste good and more easy to make.
