Turmeric is a very powerful spice, especially in the winter. It’s very effective to drink turmeric tea to prevent things like the flu. Turmeric has many health benefits, and this latte is also incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk – almond milk or dairy milk

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey to taste

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • First, mix all ingredients in a blender for about 2 minutes at high speed.
  • Then, heat in a fry pan for about 2 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t boil.
  • Ready! Garnish with a little cinnamon and whipped cream (if you’d like).
