Beet is a healthy vegetable and is anti inflammatory, contains  iron, is good for heart & liver and boost energy. So is the case with other ingredients in this recipe i.e. carrots, apple and ginger. Plenty of health benefit and a delicious flavor !!!

Ingredients

  • 1 beet washed and peeled , quartered

  • 1 red apple cut into 4 piece (Seeds taken out)

  • 3  carrots, washed and peeled , cut as required

  • ½ inch ginger (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mint for garnish

Directions

  • First , Take a juicer and extract the juice from apple, carrots, beets and lastly ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take a big glass, put ice and  pour the juice over the ice.
  • Garnish with mint
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Add any vegetables as you like.
