This recipe is very refreshing and easy to make. It’s especially good in the summertime when we want something cold to drink but different from the common things like lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp

  • 1 cup milk

  • Sugar 2 tbsp or to taste

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • for garnish mint, roufza

Directions

  • Put the mango and sugar in the blender for approximately 2 minutes and make a puree.
    Add milk and ice and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Ready! For garnish, put a small piece of mango and/or mint in the lassi.
    Another thing to garnish with is ruafza, which can be bought in Indian stores.
    One idea is to drink this with aloo paratha and poori.

Notes

  • You can use plain yogurt instead of milk. Also, for a slightly tangy lassi, add 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  • In winter not find good mango , use mango puree.
