Mushroom lovers, have you ever tried mushroom pizza? Here’s a quick and easy recipe that I’m sure you’ll love!

Ingredients

  • 2 portabella mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup pasta sauce

  • Green pepper, onion, olive (for toppings – feel free to add or not include toppings as you like)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 ‘F
  • First clean the mushrooms, and then make a marinade. Take a big bowl and add oil, salt, and seasoning.
    Marinate the mushrooms for at least 1 hour. Now, spread the sauce on the mushrooms and then sprinkle cheese on top.
    Add the toppings, and then bake 15 to 18 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Note: A twist for this is to use pesto sauce instead of pasta sauce.
