Hot Paneer Sandesh Pudding

The winter is a great time to enjoy hot dessert. This recipe is very delicious and looks very elegant!

Ingredients

  • 250 gm homemade paneer

  • 2 tbsp full fat cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tsp sugar or to taste

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1 small apple slices

  • 5 strawberries slices

  • 1/2 inch cinnamon

  • 4 cloves

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 428 F
  • First, make a sauce in the pan, at medium heat.
  • Mix orange juice with apples, 5 strawberries, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.  (After making the sauce, remove the spices).
  • Keep on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the juice has vaporized.
  • Mix the paneer with sugar, butter, and cream for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Then, make a cylinder or any shape (paneer) as you like put on the baking tray.
  • Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Ready to serve! Take a serving plate, put the paneer at the center, and then spread the sauce onto the paneer. On the sides, put the strawberries and almond.
