Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry roasted vermicelli, crushed

  • ½ cup sweet condensed milk

  • ½ cup khoya

  • ⅓ cup sugar or to taste

  • ½ tsp cardamom

  • For garnish – pistachio and almond slices

  • Few drops of rose essence

  • Few threads of saffron

Directions

  • First, take a small cupcake tray and line with plastic and keep aside.
  • Now, take a wide bowl then add vermicelli and condensed milk.
  • Mix everything and fill each cup with the mix.
  • Then, with your hand, press the mixture to the sides of the cup so that it is firm.
  • Set for about two or three hours (or more if needed).
  • Remove and keep in an airtight container.
  • In a bowl, mix the khoya, sugar, saffron, and cardamom.
  • Now fill the cups with the khoya mixture and garnish with almonds, pistachios, saffron, and some rose essence.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make it 2 days before for the best taste. Then, the cups will become soft because the vermicelli will absorb the condensed milk.
